A dedicated set of two bump keys for the Avocet Pioneer with trap pins. Once bumped into the trap pins, counter rotate slightly then tension and bump out. These also work on the MkII version with 4 trap pins although a lot more difficult. If you are ever stuck in trap pins you can always bump back to reset.
